• Entering initial data

• Obtaining Flood Certificates

• Ordering appraisals

• Reviews and other web-based verifications

• The receiving of all couriers, mail, parcels and faxes; responsible for distributing of the packages or faxes to the intended receiver

• Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner

• Route the calls to the appropriate person or take messages

• Ability to handle other duties that may arise

• Demonstrates a commitment to quality customer service

• Obtains necessary information (i.e. loan applications, credit documents, appraisals, etc.) to process and complete mortgage loan files

Requirements
* 5+ years of retail mortgage loan processing experience is required-FHA and VA, commercial, conventional, bond/housing authority, and non-conforming loans

Minimum experience level is 5+ years (must currently be acting in a Processor role or VERY recently). Only candidates with RECENT retail mortgage processing experience will be considered

• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• High school diploma or equivalent

The possible temp to hire Administrative Assistant participates in the daily activities of a non-profit foundation. This position maintains information for our 7,000 donors and mails to them their member benefits, invitations to events, and appeals for their renewed support. This position represents the foundation as receptionist during the full-time receptionist's lunch, breaks, and vacations. The position also provides intermittent administrative support as our staff recruits and hires interns, tracks media, and prepares letters, grants and reports. We rely on this position to suggest ways to make our efforts more effective and to participate in shaping the annual workplan. The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Director of Administration.



This person must be organized, professional, courteous, punctual, and motivated. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and strong telephone skills are essential. Experience and understanding about maintaining and retrieving information from a database system is also essential, as well as an aptitude for learning technology of this kind. Experience with Raisers Edge software, Photoshop, InDesign and Dreamweaver are beneficial but not required
