A. General Office Administration
1. Maintain and organize reception area.
2. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment (i.e. copier, postage machine, answering machine, computer, telephones, etc.).
3. Organize and maintain the master church calendar (and Rector’s daily calendar).
4. Pick up, distribute and disseminate of all mail and correspondence.
5. Screen and route all incoming calls.
6. Answer mail – correspondence (writing letters), phone calls, etc.
7. Check email and respond.
8. Coordinate scheduling for weddings, baptisms, funerals and special services.
9. Gather information and prepare monthly newsletters and other routine communications.
10. Keep accurate membership records (new members, baptisms, weddings, deaths, etc.)
11. Process baby baptism requests and prepare baby baptism certificates.
12. Prepare Annual Reports.
13. Schedule and attend meetings and record minutes as requested.
14. File all paperwork and records.
15. Prepare new members information packets and coordinate receptions.
16. Coordinate travel arrangements for the clergy and staff.
17. Set up counseling meetings and other appointments.
18. Coordinate employee meetings, lunches, etc.
19. Notify all Pastoral Staff of member hospitalizations, deaths, etc.
20. Prepare, proof, print, and disburse weekly service bulletins.
21. Route any/all incoming communications (mail; e-mail; faxes; phone messages) to appropriate staff and lay volunteers
22. Maintain and up-date all standard forms and ministry literature.

Provide case management and linkage with families to assist with improved family functioning.
Collaborate with Probation Camp staff to develop appropriate discharge plan and after care recommendations to support clients in the transition from camp to their home or new placement.
Develop interventions that target challenges presented by multiple systems (school, peers, community, family, and individual).
Assist with Crisis Intervention as needed, including being available to families.
Participate in weekly staff meetings and individual and group supervision sessions.

PROGRAM NAME: Diligent Searches

OBJECTIVE: To work with the Dependency Court System through diligent searces instuments to identify missing parent-relatives as mandated by law and assist with court liason duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS MAY INCLUDE:
Attend formal instruction (Phase I Child Protection Certification training program).
Upon successful completion of Phase I, enters Phase II which is a monitored field practice under close supervision which may include:
Conduct child safety assessments.
Assess client needs and develop service plans.
Coordinate the delivery of services, plan referrals and linkages to clients and families.
Monitor service plan progress and evaluates reports from multiple service providers and keep supervisor notified of progress or lack of progress.
Develop and maintain case and program documentation according to contract and CHS standards (assessments, treatment/service plans, progress notes, termination summaries, etc.)
Prepare case/status reports and make recommendations/ testify at courts or other prescribed body regarding reunification, termination of parental rights or other permanency plans.
Conduct diligent searches as required by dependency laws.
Coordinate services with other professionals and paraprofessionals.
Conduct community outreach as needed.
Provide specialized services that may include detainment, interstate compact, post placement supervision, relative/non-relative caregiver home studies, court testimony, termination of parental rights and judicial review staffing.
Provide support to children, caregivers and family members to assure stable placement and timely achievement of permanency.
Assist family / caregivers in accessing subsidy, medical coverage and other needed services for children.
Coordinate cases with supervisor, team members, providers, DCF and attorneys as needed.
Facilitate placement and independent living.
May remove and place children.
May facilitate mediation staffing for reunification, TPR and detainment.
Arrange or provide transportation of clients when needed.
Arrange for drug / alcohol screens as necessary.
Provide on call support as required or scheduled.
Participate in the quality Improvement process.
