We are looking for a Director of Operations for our Ohio offices. This position will:
Provide leadership, management, and oversight for the service delivery system including responsibility for grant compliance, budgetary monitoring, public advocacy, staff supervision and program direction, quality control evaluation and planning for multiple programs and sites.
This position also provides leadership, management and oversight of the overall operations for FEMA, CSBG, WIA 167, DOL Youth Programs, and other programs as assigned.
External and internal monitoring of multiple program activities including budgets, staff goals and performance, data and fiscal activities, training sites, job sites, contract compliance and vendors.
Acquire full knowledge of of all program funding sources, functions and regulations as well as PathStone administrative structure and staff and the OH division’s program services and office/center locations.
Oversee submission of all required data and reports on a state wide basis and at the federal level, in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot and develops corrective plans of action for program operation and for multiple programs on a state-wide basis.
Approves Supportive Service, office operations, staff salary and travel and staff development expenditures.
Gathers and compiles monthly progress reports from field offices, using the information to analyze and complete state progress and deviation reports. Devise and implement solutions to address those areas deviating from planned parameters.
Collaborates and networks with agency representatives, community groups and area employers.
Identifies resources in the community that provide services to persons PathStone cannot serve. Advocate for farmworkers at the institutional level, including governmental agencies and regional advocacy coalitions.

POSITION PURPOSE
The PSR Program Therapist is responsible for performing a wide variety of therapeutic activities as directed by the Program Director and the Clinical Director. The PSR Program Therapist will be responsible for a caseload and will provide individual and family therapy as ordered by the licensed practitioner. The PSR Program Therapist also conducts therapeutic groups (if applicable), psychosocial assessments, screenings, and assists in the admissions process as needed. This individual leads multidisciplinary treatment team in formulating the individualized treatment plan, conducts weekly treatment team staffings so that clients have their treatment plans reviewed on a monthly basis, and coordinates discharge planning. This position has the responsibility of providing individual and family services in at the PSR program and therefore the Therapist is expected to be at the PSR program providing therapy Monday through Friday, during normal hours of operation. In addition, the PSR Program Therapist will provide therapy in the clients’ homes and community as needed. This position works with a team of two or more counselors who provide the psychosocial rehabilitation services to clients and must take a role of clinical leadership in working with such counselors. In addition, the Program Therapist must participate in regular meetings with the entire PSR program, as directed by the PSR Program Coordinator. The PSR Program Therapist must be computer literate and have proficiency with the internet, online applications, and email. Strong written communication and interpersonal skills are a must. The principal functions of the position identified shall not be considered as a complete description of all the work requirements and expectations that may be inherent in the position.

private medical communities. They provide comprehensive management and
scientific services for more than 600 basic, clinical and applied
research projects conducted around the globe. They also support
continuing medical education programs for more than 160 military

Responsibilities:
1. Provides cradle-to-grave contract administration for assigned
contracts in compliance with Foundation policies and Federal contract
requirements.
2. Provides senior level contractual advice and guidance to Principal
Investigators, researchers and company personnel regarding complex
contractual issues, meeting contract requirements, understanding
contract terms, and providing necessary budget changes and
justifications.
3. Drafts, negotiates and administers assigned Foundation contracts and
subcontracts ensuring all contract requirements are met. Maintains
fully organized and compliant files.
4. Provides certifications, clearances, approvals, and documentation required for all contracts and contract modifications.
5. Drafts or reviews Request for Proposals (RFPs) to ensure that
Federal requirements, prime contract provisions, and the Foundation's
best interests are met.
6. Enters and maintains contract and financial information into Oracle
accounting system. Monitors financial status to ensure Limitation of
Funds notifications are submitted and costs incurred are allowable
under contract.
7. Supports proposal efforts to include thorough review of RFP,
completion of Reps and Certs and Small business plans and providing
contractual advice.
8. Leads and completes special projects as assigned.
9. Completes contract and subcontract close-out documents on a timely basis.
10. Completes other projects as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Senior
level knowledge of FAR and OMB Circulars A110, 122 & 133. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple
tasks simultaneously, to meet deadlines, and to interact well with team
members and customers. Proficiency in microsoft excel required.
Minimum Education/Training Requirements: Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum Experience: 7 plus years' contract administration experience
Required Licenses, Certification or Registration: NCMA, CPCM or CACM certifications
desirable.
Supervisory Responsibilities/Controls: May supervise or train more junior personnel. Work
Environment: Office environment
